For appointment to this grade, a teacher must:

i. Have served as Senior Master III or Senior Master III – JSS, T-Scale 10 (C5), for a minimum period of two (2) years;

ii. Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;

iii. Have demonstrated the ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and

iv. Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
