REQUIREMENTS

Requirements<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT</strong></p>

<p>For appointment to this grade, a teacher must: -</p>

<p><strong>i.</strong> Have served as a Senior Master IV T-Scale 9 for a minimum period of 6 Months;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>ii.</strong> Have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>iii.</strong> Have demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor and provide professional support to other teachers; and&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>iv.</strong> Meet any other requirement deemed necessary by the Commission.<strong> </strong></p>

<p><em>All teachers currently performing the duties of a Principal or Deputy Principal are encouraged to apply</em>.</p>
